Volunteer: Box Office - Collage DayBox Office Visionaries are often the first point of contact for guests and patrons. This position calls for a high level of public interaction and is best suited for those with a patient and friendly demeanor. Box Office Duties include: Welcoming patrons to the theatre and providing ticket instructions. Managing the walk-up sales of tickets to the event/production through the use of our online ticketing system. Answering patron questions and providing information pertaining to the show. Cash and credit card processing. Assisting with set-up and cleaning of the lobby and box office areas.On-Site Training Provided for the ticketing system.
