Front of House sign-up encompasses our Ticket Taking and Ushering positions.
Ticket Taking Visionaries are often guests' and patrons' first contact points. This position calls for a high level of public interaction and is best suited for those with a patient and friendly demeanor.
Duties include:
- Welcoming patrons to the theatre and providing directions and instructions to patrons.
- Answering patron questions and providing information pertaining to the show.
- Collecting/Scanning tickets from patrons as they enter the theatre. Ensuring correct ticket type, date, and the number of tickets.
- Managing crowd control in the lobby area by guiding patrons to lines and areas.
- Assisting with set-up and cleaning of the lobby and box office areas.
Usher Visionaries are often the first point of contact for guests and patrons. This position calls for a high level of public interaction and is best suited for those with a patient and friendly demeanor.
Usher Duties include:
- Welcoming patrons to the theatre and providing directions and instructions to patrons.
- Answering patron questions and providing information pertaining to the show.
- Managing crowd control in the lobby area by guiding patrons to lines and areas.
- Assisting patrons with finding their designated seating as listed on their tickets.
- Assisting with set-up and cleaning of the lobby and box office areas.
