Volunteers will assist with the set up, organization, and service associated with the bar. Please note the specific activities associated with each date/time slot.
(2 bars in Reeves backyard, 2 on Event Green)
9-11am Saturday:
loading bars, running supplies and beverages from Reeves to backyard and Event Green, general set-up and layout.
4-7pm Saturday:
ice in all bars, loading, running
4:30-6:30 Saturday Champagne service
(must be 18 or older)
