Will Call Visionaries will manage the pre-sold and will call tickets for the event/production. You will provide patrons with their physical, pre-purchased tickets upon their arrival. This position calls for a high level of public interaction and is best suited for those with patient and friendly demeanors.

Will Call duties to include:

Organize and file the pre-printed tickets by name to facilitate ease for pick-up. Answer questions and provide information pertaining to the show to patrons. Assist with set-up and clean-up of the lobby area.

 Onsite training and support is provided. 

This Visionary will work alongside a staff member to manage the walk-up sales of tickets to the event while learning our new ticketing system. The Visionary will also answer any questions and provide any information pertaining to the show.

Should be comfortable operating a point-of-sale system. Requires cash and credit card processing. 

Training on-site will be provided.

Concessions & Bar Visionaries take and fulfill patron orders for snacks and beverages in the lounge area.

Concessions are sold prior to the show and during intermission. As such, volunteers are asked to stay through to the end of Intermission. This position calls for a high level of public interaction and is best suited for those with a patient and friendly demeanor.

Volunteer duties include: 

Serving beer, wine, and food items at the mainstage theatre bar/concessions area. Operating the point-of-sale system to complete patron purchases. Cash and credit card handling is required. Assist with set-up and cleaning of the lounge area and help with restocking and inventory of concessions items.

Must be 18+ and comfortable with serving beer and wine.

On-Site Training is provided for the point-of-sale system.

 

Our new Front of House sign-up encompasses our Ticket Taking and Ushering positions.

Ticket Taking Visionaries are often guests' and patrons' first contact points. This position calls for a high level of public interaction and is best suited for those with a patient and friendly demeanor.

Duties include: 

Welcoming patrons to the theatre and providing directions and instructions to patrons. Answering patron questions and providing information pertaining to the show. Collecting/Scanning tickets from patrons as they enter the theatre. Ensuring correct ticket type, date, and the number of tickets. Managing crowd control in the lobby area by guiding patrons to lines and areas. Assisting with set-up and cleaning of the lobby and box office areas.

Usher Visionaries are often the first point of contact for guests and patrons. This position calls for a high level of public interaction and is best suited for those with a patient and friendly demeanor.

Usher Duties include: 

Welcoming patrons to the theatre and providing directions and instructions to patrons. Answering patron questions and providing information pertaining to the show. Managing crowd control in the lobby area by guiding patrons to lines and areas. Assisting patrons with finding their designated seating as listed on their tickets.  Assisting with set-up and cleaning of the lobby and box office areas.
