It's important for us to have all this information in one place, and it's also essential for grant applications that require our volunteer hours to assess our eligibility for funding. It is strongly preferred, but not necessary, to be there at the start time of the shift or for the entirety of the shift, but please let us know in the notes when you plan to arrive and leave, even if tentative. What to wear: Perks: -Bring your water bottle, but we have plenty of free water available to volunteers Number of Volunteers: **The installation schedule includes specific shift times to improve training and ensure that we have a good idea of volunteer availability. The plan is for volunteers from the previous shift to brief those on the next shift about the tasks and provide instructions on how to complete them. It's best to arrive at the start time of the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift so that instructions and training can be given to the whole group instead of individually. If you can't make it at the start time, need to leave early, or can only come for part of a shift, that's absolutely fine! We'd still be grateful for your help at any time you're available.
