Lantern Series Bartenders are tasked with the serving and/or preparation of drink orders, including beer and wine.
Our event has 2 bar areas. Bartender duties vary per area as follows.
Walk-up Gold Bar (2): Take and fulfill patron orders placed at the bar and complete transactions via a handheld point of sale device. At the end of the event, prepare inventory for storage and assist in the clean-up of the bar area.
Table Service VIP Bar (2): Prepare drink orders per server tickets and arrange for pick-up and delivery by runners and servers. At the end of the event, prepare inventory for storage and assist in the clean-up of the bar area.
The bartender role requires:
- Comfortability with selling and handling alcohol.
- 18+ years of age required.
- Ability to gain knowledge of the concession inventory. A beverage guide will be provided.
- Cash handling and payment processing are required.
Onsite training provided.
