Volunteers will assist in the set up of the event space.
Duties include:
- set out all guest tables and chairs for the event (350 headcount) in the Reeves backyard.
- set up additional rectangular tables on the Event Green and in the Reeves backyard to establish the event layout for bars, silent auction, check-in, etc.
- maps of layout will be provided
Must be able to bend, lift, carry, and walk with minimal assistance. Work takes place outdoors, so please dress for the weather. Closed toed shoes required.
