Volunteers will assist with the set up and organization of the silent auction items and tables. Please note the specific activities associated with each date/time slot.
9-11am Saturday:
auction item placement, labels, decor
3-5pm Saturday:
final auction items placed, bidding sheets, lighting, general set-up and final details
