Volunteers are needed to help set up, manage, and conduct sales of merchandise at the merchandise tent. Merchandise may include items provided by the artist and/or Woodstock Arts branded items.
Duties will include:
- Set-up of the merchandise display.
- Unpack merchandise and create a visually enticing merchandise layout.
- Post any signage related to merchandise (i.e. price sheets, sizing guides, sale specials, etc.).
- Answer questions related to the merchandise.
- Keep inventory of completed sales as needed.
- Conduct cash and credit transactions via point of sale devices.
- Maintain the appearance of the merchandise tent during the event.
- Assist with break down and clean up of merchandise area post-event.
- Report any issues and/or inventory concerns to staff.
Cash handling and customer service skills are preferred. On-site training and event materials will be provided.
